I agree that they should be allowed at school, but not on. If a teacher sees one and it is off then leave it alone! if you have it on and out then it is your own fault.

Let them use cell phones at school. But only during breaks or maybe recess.
Never in class, as the students would be "txting" each other, and not paying attention

Yes, I use my cell phone at school, and yes I do text during class, But I still do my work and make a's and b's.
